7.1 AI Technology Limitations

Procelyn uses artificial intelligence for data extraction, which has inherent limitations. While we strive to provide one of the most reliable and accurate AI processing solutions in the market and continuously improve our technology, you acknowledge that:

• • Handwritten or poor-quality documents: AI may struggle with unclear, handwritten, or low-resolution invoice images
• • Complex layouts: Invoices with unusual formats, multiple languages, or complex table structures may result in extraction errors

• • Partial document scans: Incomplete or cropped invoice images may lead to incomplete data extraction

7.2 Accuracy Disclaimers

User Data is stored on Google Cloud servers located in the European Union, ensuring compliance with EU data protection requirements.

• • Analytics data: Up to 5 years in identifiable form

9. Limitation of Liability

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Procelyn regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements.
